Artwork Accuracy

You must ensure that the artwork you provide to us, or “Massive Digitizing,” is accurate. We cannot be held accountable for errors we make as a result of your submission. Make sure to double-check the artwork and always carry a soft copy. Please take great care while inputting the design size. If you submit the dimensions wrong, Massive Digitizing will not grant credit for any design.

Edit

Massive Digitizing will determine whether to make a minor or large modification. For an extra cost based on the difficulty of the edit, we will revise a completed order. Completed orders will not be refunded.

Copyright

The people that are authorized to use their designs and logos are their celebrity clients. The necessary paperwork for the logos we design must be provided by the celebrity client. In the event that our trademarks and logos—Massive Digitizing—cause any issues or harms that we are concerned about.That is entirely the customer’s responsibility. (Including all expenses for both internal and external costs).I’ll presume you either hold the rights to the artwork or logo you submit me, or you have permission in writing from the owner of the copyright to have it digitized for machine embroidery.

Privacy Policy

There is no possibility of client data being misused in our company because it is completely safeguarded. Your confidential orders, login credentials, and billing information are handled by a different team. Your assets are your consumers.
